Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7…

Order Times

Must be a minimum 24hours before required day of catering delivery .

Delivery Schedule

Weekdays 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Weekends 7am to 10am, Saturday and Sunday
When requesting delivery times, a suggestion is to factor in a buffer to allow for a window between 30-45 minutes before your intended serving time
Catering orders may be delivered up to 45 minutes before your requested time.
Our delivery window ranges to 15 minutes beyond the specified time if on a rare occasion or unforeseen delay occurs,
In the circumstance of absence at the delivery address, the order will be left in a secure spot at the location.

Financial Policy

A minimum spend of $250 is required from Monday to Saturday, exclusive of delivery fees.
Sundays and Public holiday orders are subject to surcharges and stock availabilities.

Pick-Up Option

Personal collection of orders is available from our Airport West Headquarters at 9 Marshall Road, Airport West, 7am to 3pm.
A minimum spend of $250 is required from Monday to Saturday.

Sundays

Sunday orders area available upon request, with a minimum spend of $500 required. Delivery and pick-up only before 10am.

Business Hours

Our office operates from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. The online store is open around the clock for your convenience, with orders processed and confirmed during business hours.

Dietary Accomodations

Roasting Warehouse Catering instils every effort in meeting a an array of dietary needs. Please specify any dietary restrictions in the order notes, along with a corresponding name if possible. Though this will work in our best efforts to accommodate all requirements, we will confirm our capability upon order verification.
It is important to note that our culinary creations may contain allergens or be prepared in proximity to common allergens. We ask our clients to bear this in mind for specialised dietary requests.

Order Amendments

To adjust your order, please convey the modifications including your order number via email to catering@roastingwarehouse.com.au Subject to availability in stock.
Please try every effort to provide modification information 24hours before requested delivery/pick up time.
. Our coordination team will ensure that your preferences are accounted for and will confirm the adjustments promptly.
We request that all changes be communicated before the established cut-off time for orders.

Charges for deliveries outside these zones and weekend surcharges will be transparently communicated.
